What happens to my original tuck box?

You can elect to keep or dispose of your original truck box during the sale process. A disposal fee of $100.00 applies.
As we have limited space, we are unable to store your original truck box. If you wish to keep your original truck box after removal, you have 7 days to collect it from our premises.

Can I order components later and have them shipped?

Yes. All accessories are available to purchase at a later date. If you require fitting, we can facilitate this here in Vernon. If you would like the internal components shipped to you, please ask for a Quote

Yes, all our rear pull out drawers sit within their own case and have plush seals and compression locks to ensure your gear remains locked away from the elements.

When acquiring an aluminum tray, its essential to be mindful that certain components might not perform as seamlessly as the original factory parts.  While aluminum trays are durable and versatile, variations  in design or materials may affect the overall functionality. Its advisable to thoroughly inspect the specifications  and user reviews to ensure compatibility and performance meet your expectations. Keep in mind that aftermarket components might have slight differences, and understanding these nuances can contribute to a more informed purchase decision.

Modify your vehicle at your own risk. By choosing JBEZ products you take full responsibility and liability for any resulting damages to persons or property. Customizing your vehicle at your own risk may result in accessories not working 100% (Sensors, fuel fillers, cameras, blind spot monitors)

In no event will JBEZ Welding be liable for any lost profits, lost sales, or for any consequential, direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages or for any other damages of any kind or nature. 
Damage to a purchaser’s vehicle, cargo, and/or to any other person or property is the liability of the owner of the vehicle.

Defects & WarrantiesThe Client must inspect the Goods on Delivery and must within seven days of delivery notify JBEZ Welding in writing of any evident defect/damage, shortage in quantity, or failure to comply with the order confirmation or estimate. The client must notify of any other alleged defect in the goods as soon as reasonably possible after any such defect becomes evident. Upon such notification the client must allow JBEZ Welding to inspect the goods.(Powder coating not included in defects or warranty)Our trays come with a solid Two-Year warranty on materials and workmanship here in Canada, ensuring your satisfaction and peace of mind. We stand behind the quality of our products, confident that they'll serve you well for an extended period. This Two-Year warranty covers the Original Purchaser against material faults & workmanship faults on JBEZ Welding fabricated products.Any parts, accessories, products or additional items not manufactured by JBEZ Welding are not included in this Two-Year warranty. For all other components, the warranty is for a period of Twelve Months, beginning from the date JBEZ Welding notifies you that installation is complete and your vehicle is ready for collection.Warranty does not apply to defects arising as a result of:Misuse or Improper Use: Any damage, failure, or defect resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, overloading, modification, alteration, or use of the product in a manner that is inconsistent with its intended purpose, design, specifications, recommended load capacities, or operating conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, exceeding recommended load capacities, using the product for purposes for which it was not designed, unauthorized modifications or repairs, drilling, cutting, welding, or altering the product after installation, damage caused by accidents, collisions, impacts, or other external forces, improperly secured loads or equipment, or operating the vehicle in an excessively aggressive, reckless, or abusive manner while carrying heavy loads or equipment such as campers. This may include excessive speeds over rough terrain, jumps, hard impacts, severe bouncing, or other driving conditions that place loads or forces on the product beyond its intended design parameters.Improper maintenanceThe use of accessories not manufactured by JBEZ WeldingFailure by the purchaser to comply with all applicable lawsExternal influences such as accident, fire, extreme weather, vandalism or climatic effects such as damage caused by salt, sand or waterGeneral wear and tearRepairs, modifications or alterations not performed by JBEZ Welding
We cannot offer warranty on powder coating.

Price and Payment

Price and Payment

The Price will be a JBEZ welding quoted price, which will be available for acceptance by the Client.
- The Client must pay a 30% deposit to confirm the order and be placed in a build time slot, prior to receiving this amount no work will be processed or completed. 
- A secondary Payment of 50% of the remaining total will be due at time of Powder coating.
- The final payment will be due when your build is complete and your truck is ready for pick up.

Clients Vehicle are ready for installation as decided by JBEZ Welding.

- Custom Tray Builds - Due to factors like varying labor expenses and market conditions, we want to inform our customers that prices for custom tray and camper builds may experience increases.
We strive to provide transparency and ensure the highest quality in our products, and these adjustments are necessary to maintain those standards. JBEZ welding will confirm price difference if any.

If the Price is increased for any reason in accordance with these terms and conditions, the Client must pay the amount of the variation between the original Price and the increased Price within 7 days of receiving notice of the increased Price.

Is there a deposit required?

Yes. A 30% deposit is required on all builds. This covers the raw material cost for the tray and also secures your spot in the queue.
