You can elect to keep or dispose of your original truck box during the sale process. A disposal fee of $100.00 applies. As we have limited space, we are unable to store your original truck box. If you wish to keep your original truck box after removal, you have 7 days to collect it from our premises.

Defects & Warranties The Client must inspect the Goods on Delivery and must within seven days of delivery notify JBEZ Welding in writing of any evident defect/damage, shortage in quantity, or failure to comply with the order confirmation or estimate. The client must notify of any other alleged defect in the goods as soon as reasonably possible after any such defect becomes evident. Upon such notification the client must allow JBEZ Welding to inspect the goods. (Powder coating not included in defects or warranty) Our trays come with a solid Two-Year warranty on materials and workmanship here in Canada, ensuring your satisfaction and peace of mind. We stand behind the quality of our products, confident that they'll serve you well for an extended period. This Two-Year warranty covers the Original Purchaser against material faults & workmanship faults on JBEZ Welding fabricated products. Any parts, accessories, products or additional items not manufactured by JBEZ Welding are not included in this Two-Year warranty. For all other components, the warranty is for a period of Twelve Months, beginning from the date JBEZ Welding notifies you that installation is complete and your vehicle is ready for collection. Warranty does not apply to defects arising as a result of: • Misuse (including use other than in accordance with the specifications or intended use), neglect or mistreatment • Improper maintenance • The use of accessories not manufactured by JBEZ Welding • Failure by the purchaser to comply with all applicable laws • External influences such as accident, fire, extreme weather, vandalism or climatic effects such as damage caused by salt, sand or water • General wear and tear • Repairs, modifications or alterations not performed by JBEZ Welding We cannot offer warranty on powder coating.

Price and Payment The Price will be a JBEZ welding quoted price, which will be available for acceptance by the Client. - The Client must pay a 30% deposit to confirm the order and be placed in a build time slot, prior to receiving this amount no work will be processed or completed. - A secondary Payment of 50% of the remaining total will be due at time of Powder coating. - The final payment will be due when your build is complete and your truck is ready for pick up. Clients Vehicle are ready for installation as decided by JBEZ Welding. - Custom Tray Builds - Due to factors like varying labor expenses and market conditions, we want to inform our customers that prices for custom tray and camper builds may experience increases. We strive to provide transparency and ensure the highest quality in our products, and these adjustments are necessary to maintain those standards. We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we navigate these economic dynamics to deliver exceptional craftmanship tailored to your needs. JBEZ welding will confirm price difference if any. If the Price is increased for any reason in accordance with these terms and conditions, the Client must pay the amount of the variation between the original Price and the increased Price within 7 days of receiving notice of the increased Price.

Yes. A 30% deposit is required on all builds. This covers the raw material cost for the tray and also secures your spot in the queue.
